1. Service
JoshiAstrologer ("we", "us") sells personalized digital reports based on numerology and astrology, generated from birth details you provide and delivered by email as a PDF. An optional Monthly Cosmic Review subscription provides recurring monthly guidance and can be cancelled anytime.
2. Nature of the product
Reports are for guidance, self-reflection and entertainment purposes. They do not constitute medical, legal, financial or professional advice, and no outcome is guaranteed. Decisions you make remain your own responsibility.
3. Accuracy of your details
Your report is generated from the details you enter. Please check name, date of birth, birth place and email carefully before paying. Reports generated from incorrect details you provided are considered delivered as ordered.
4. Delivery
Reports are digital and are normally delivered to your email within minutes of successful payment. If your report has not arrived within 24 hours, contact helpdesk.joshiastrologer@outlook.com and we will redeliver it.
5. Payments, pricing & promotions
All payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details. Prices include applicable taxes. Launch prices, displayed discounts and promo codes are limited-time offers against our regular list prices and may be withdrawn at any time. Subscription charges recur monthly until cancelled.
6. Intellectual property
Your report is licensed for your personal use. Resale or republication of report content is not permitted.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Valsad, Gujarat.
What this does not include
We would rather you read this before you pay than after.
- No Shat-trimsha dasha — Yogini and Tribhagi are both here and both reproduce a published chart. Shat-trimsha is deliberately left out: the only reference we have prints the Yogini table under that heading — same lords, same order, same period lengths, same dates — so we have never seen a Shat-trimsha we could check. A missing dasha beats a wrong one.
- No Vakyam panchang — We compute the vakya Moon from Madhava's candra-vakyas, and it is checked against the critical edition to the arcsecond. But no vakya SUN could be verified, and tithi, yoga and karana are all functions of the Sun — so three of the five limbs are missing and a vakyam panchang is not something we will sell you.
- The Manglik module gives you no verdict — It reads Mars from the lagna, the Moon and Venus, computes the disputed 2nd bhava both ways, prints every cancellation with the tradition that holds it, and flags the charts where the answer turns on the dispute. If you want software that prints "Manglik: Yes", this is not it. A false Manglik reading breaks marriages, and that is not a figure of speech in this market.
- No gemstone weights — Every stone comes with its metal, finger, day, hora and first-wearing nakshatra. None comes with a weight in ratti. Our reference publishes exactly one weight and it is a lookup, not a formula — the other eight would be invention printed as fact.
- No Lal Kitab rin verdict — The seven debts are named and left undecided. The rule in widest circulation — Rahu, Venus or Mercury in the 2nd, 5th, 9th or 12th — is refuted by the published charts themselves, which print those placements and then print "Not Present". We will not decide a debt we cannot derive.
- Sade Sati has no murti column — The published table prints gold, silver, copper or iron on every row. We tried several hundred candidate rules against twenty-seven published data points and the best fit was fifteen. Fifteen of twenty-seven is what noise looks like, so the column is blank and says why.
- Kalsarpa has no severity, percentage or remedy — There is no classical scale, so we do not invent one, and there is no degree tolerance either — a tolerance would decide the verdict rather than measure it. You get the geometry, every margin, and a partial reported as a partial.
- Chesta bala for the five taras is off by default — The classical rule needs mean longitudes, and our reference's disagree with a modern ephemeris by up to 2.5°. Reproducing its figure would mean reproducing its bug, so the rule is implemented, gated, and left out of the default page along with the three rows that depend on it.
- Career and Health are written, not computed — Every other module on this page is arithmetic with a rule beside every row. Those two are interpretive prose composed against the computed chart. They are good, they are grounded in real figures, and they are not the same kind of thing — so they are marked on the card, in the report and here.
- It is not a program you download — The engine runs on our servers. There is no Windows installer, no Mac build, and the iPad application does not exist yet. See "How your licence works today" above.
Every one of these is a decision written down in the code with its reason, not an oversight. A missing section you were warned about costs you nothing; a confident wrong number costs your client.
